Definitely one of my favorite hikes, the lake was formed when the glaciers retreated. The water is clear and rated drinking water quality.
The views are incredible with the mountain reflections in the lake.

One can either hike along the river or along the mountain. We hiked both ways and I am not sure which is my favorite, each trail has different panoramas.
