Up and down through the rolling countryside, we pedal towards Los Arcos.

We stop for lunch at the 'Monasterio de Irache'. We get our pilgrims passes stamped here and refill our bottles either at the water or the wine fountain!

The Camino is marked along the way with yellow arrows like the one seen here on the tree.
The refugio in Los Arcos is beautiful, with plenty of hot water (we took cold showers yesterday).
