On our last day we hiked the Stollenweg.
A 'Stollen' is a tunnel, in this case the tunnels are old mine tunnels
from the salt mines. in Oberau we had a great lunch and took the bus back. There are many more great hikes in the area, we are planning to visit again in the summer to hike to the high alpine huts in the area called 'Steineres Meer'. |
